Our menu is written, printed and posted on the internet daily, depending on what is available. We buy only the finest seafood available; we get our product in fresh daily. We buy local line caught fresh fish when available; we buy local produce and use "in season" philosophy for our menu. We make all of our dishes, sauces, soups etc... in-house fresh daily. If it's not the best, we won't serve it. Our portions are weighed to minimum weights; it may weigh more, but not less.
